1 - Refund conditions
Under what conditions can I return an item and request a refund?
All items may be returned by post within 30 days; please contact us via our contact form so that we can provide return instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipment unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2 - Non complying product
Did you receive a non-compliant item?
If you are affected by one of the cases listed below, send a photo to our customer service who will respond to your refund request.
- Product damaged during delivery
- Product delivered does not correspond to the product read
- Product with an expiration date of less than 6 months
3 - Product return deadline
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of your delivery to return an item to us and request a refund. Small reminder: Returned items must not have been opened.
